Taking Care of Your Vibrator
During the cleaning, avoid any contact between water and batteries/motor, unless your vibrator is waterproof. It is highly recommended to clean your vibrator with a special Adult Toy Cleaner. If you do happen to get the inside of the vibrator wet, open it up; take out the batteries and blow dry the interior until completely dry.
Clean your vibrator after every use. It will help you to keep it in safe and working condition for a longer time.
Vibrators need to be handled carefully - a drop onto a hard surface will almost always cause them to break. Periodically check your vibrator for the possible damages, if unnoticed it can be source of bacteria since a damaged area can be hard to clean.
Give a preference to the vibrators that are made from a safe non-porous and easy to clean materials such as silicone or glass.
Make sure you store your vibrator in a dry clean area - ideally wrapped in some kind of cloth or in a special pouch. This way its not going to attract too much dust so next time you get it out at the height of your best ever sexual fantasy, you wont have to run to the bathroom to clean it and spoil the mood somewhat.
Remove the batteries before you clean and when you store your vibrator, to prevent corrosion. Also, batteries can leak and ruin the internal workings. A little corrosion can be removed with a small brush and a little baking soda, then apply a very small amount of silicone dielectric grease, or Vaseline applied to the slightly corroded part to prevent further damage.
